Requested a £1,240 withdrawal on the 12th. Site said 3-5 working days for bank transfer. It's now day 11 and still "processing".
Timeline:
- Day 1: Requested. Instant "received" email.
- Day 4: Chased on live chat. Told "with the finance team, please wait".
- Day 7: Uploaded ID again (3rd time in 18 months). Told it's "in review".
- Day 9: Told withdrawal was "released" but bank hasn't seen anything.
- Day 11: Now saying it may take a further 5 working days.
I'm not naming the operator yet because I want to give them one more shot before I go public, but has anyone had the same runaround recently? Starting to think stalling withdrawals to encourage reverse-play is more common than I realised.

Classic stall tactic. Open an IBAS complaint on day 14 — you'll usually see the funds within 48 hours once the reference number lands in their inbox.

Had exact same thing in Feb. Turned out to be a "manual review" they never told me about. Ask them straight up: "is this account under review?"

Name and shame mate. This community exists so others don't get burned.

Screenshot every chat and email. If it goes past 14 days that's an ADR case and you'll almost certainly get it back with interest.

Update us when it lands please. This kind of thread is exactly why I check MidnightBlack before I deposit anywhere new.
