Bit frustrated. Requested a €1,120 withdrawal from Sportium on the 17th, standard bank transfer, verified account for over a year, no bonus attached. It's now day 9 and support keeps saying "in the compliance queue" without any specifics.
I've had withdrawals from them clear in 48 hours before so this is unusual. Not accusing them of anything dodgy — they're fully licensed by the DGOJ — but the communication has been awful.
Has anyone else had a big Sportium payout take this long recently? Wondering if it's a general processing backlog or specific to my account. Will update the thread when it lands.
