I've been grinding NL50 and NL100 on Poker88 for three months now after moving over from a bigger network. Short answer: yes, the games are softer than PokerStars at the same stakes, especially on weekend evenings between 8pm and 1am UK time.
Rake structure is fair (5% capped) and the rakeback deal I got through a broker is 30% which is above average. Cashier is quick with e-wallets, slower with card. Client is a bit clunky compared to Stars but stable.
Not a whale-hunter's paradise but if you're a solid TAG regular looking for a beatable pool, Poker88 is the best-kept secret I've found this year.
