Betfair Exchange review 2026 — genuinely the best odds in the UK right now

MattFromLeeds · 7/7/2026, 1:29:36 AM
Been on Betfair Exchange for nearly a decade and 2026 is comfortably the strongest year I've had with them. Commission is still 5% on the main markets but the liquidity on Premier League, NBA and even niche stuff like darts has been absurd — you can actually get £2k matched on a pre-game football line without moving the price a tick. Withdrawals to my Monzo have been under 4 hours every single time this month. The new cash-out tool on the app is finally usable (used to lag terribly). Only real gripe is that the casino/sportsbook side still feels like a bolt-on compared to the Exchange itself. If you're serious about value betting or trading, Betfair Exchange is still the benchmark in the UK. Would love to hear if anyone else is seeing the same liquidity uplift.

Agreed on the liquidity. Been placing £5k on Premier League 1X2 markets and getting matched instantly. Not a chance you'd do that at bet365 without moving the line.

The 5% commission still hurts on high-turnover strategies. Have you tried getting a reduced rate? I'm on 3% now after asking VIP.

@PriceIsRight Yeah I'm on 4.5% after volume, going to push for 3% next quarter. Worth the ask for anyone doing £20k+ monthly.

Cash-out tool is way better since the update, agree. Used to be a joke.
