Blackjack session +£2,850 following the basic strategy chart from the guides here

Not a huge amount by high roller standards but for me this is a big deal. I'd been losing consistently at blackjack for months, mostly because I was deviating from basic strategy on soft 17s and pair splits. Sat down last week with the MidnightBlack blackjack guide open on my phone, £500 buy-in on LeoVegas live blackjack, and just played the chart. No card counting, no progression systems, just correct play and flat £25 bets. Four hours later I cashed out £3,350. The bit in the guide about only playing tables where dealer stands on soft 17 was the game-changer for me — massive edge difference. If you're losing at online blackjack, it's almost certainly because you're not playing perfect basic strategy. Don't sleep on the free content on this site.

The soft-17 rule alone is worth 0.2% edge — huge over volume. Glad someone else read that section.

Which LeoVegas table were you on? Their Evolution S17 tables get busy fast in the evenings.

@LiveDealerLucy The £25-500 S17 room, table 4 usually has a seat around 9pm. Avoid the H17 rooms unless you like losing.

Flat betting is the way. Everyone wants to Martingale their way out of losses and it always ends in tears.
